Gra Via Park is one of the most popular residential compounds in sector 6: developed on the former Electrotehnica platform at the intersection of Timișoara Blvd with Lujerului Street, it is today “home” for a community of about 1,000 families: students, couples at the beginning of the road, or young families with small children.
The project is designed around a park of 5,380 sqm, which is completed in a proportion of 50%, the rest will be delivered with the last phase of the ensemble.
