Gran Via has a history of 15 years on the Romanian market, specializing in the reconversion of former industrial lots into residential projects, bringing major improvements in the city life and its residents.

So far, the developer has completed 1,800 apartments in Bucharest in projects such as Gran Via Park, Timisoara 58 (both in sector 6 of the Capital) and Aviației Apartments, in sector 1.

In Constanța, the developer is building the Gran Via Marina complex, near the Vivo! Mall, 10 minutes from Mamaia resort.

In 2020, the developer is working on the last phase of the Timișoara project 58 – 300 apartments in two blocks and the first phase of Gran Via Marina – 192 apartments. At the same time, it is preparing new development phases from the Gran Via Park, Aviației Apartments and Gran Via Marina projects.
